Our jewellery masterpieces are meticulously crafted to perfection. Before any jewellery pieces are retrieved or shipped, each item is observed thoroughly by our quality control team to ensure our high standards of craftsmanship have been met.  

There are no exchanges or refunds once a diamond has been confirmed as all diamonds are purchased from a live international diamond exchange and cannot be refunded. We guarantee that the diamond you purchase from us is as described in the diamond’s associated report, images and videos.  

All diamonds have been graded by the world’s leading gemmological laboratories, and in the highly unlikely event your diamond is not the stone stated on the report, you are entitled to a full money back guarantee on your diamond within 7 days of receiving it.

The customer is required to conduct their own research prior to purchasing a diamond as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your ring requires repair/s due to a manufacturing fault, we will see to the repairs in a timely manner.  

General wear and tear may occur to your jewellery. Please see our customer care recommendations on how to properly care for your masterpiece.  

We also offer a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing faults on your ring. Please be advised that this does not include wear and tear; the loss of diamonds; alterations done by a third party that is not associated with Big Diamond such as resizing, engraving and design modifications to the ring; and/or inappropriate usage and mishandling of the ring such as any physical activity e.g. in the work environment and/or sporting environment and/or any environment that may pose a threat to damaging your ring.    

Before we issue a warranty repair, we require clients to have all the invoices, diamond reports and/or any associated reports provided to us.   

We recommend our clients obtain an insurance policy for valuable piece/s of jewellery to provide extra cover and added security.  

We also recommend that clients exercise extra care with the exposure of the ring's claws, which hold the centre stone in place. We also advise the client to wear the ring with care and take good care of it as it is a valuable possession.
