We also offer a Price Beat Guarantee – If you have seen a diamond cheaper elsewhere and we are able to obtain the same diamond, we will match the price and try to provide a further discount.

Yes. We can create any ring design you desire. You are welcome to present us with your ring specifications, and we will create your dream masterpiece.

Yes. Diamonds can be purchased without settings. However, as we offer a service from start to finish when choosing your diamond and creating your ring, we offer unmatched quality on handcrafted settings.

As all diamonds are sourced directly from international suppliers, most diamonds will have to be viewed via magnified images and 360 degree video before purchase, which shows an accurate depiction of the diamond. However, we may have some diamonds in stock that are not present online. These are available for viewing via a face-to-face consultation in our Sydney showroom via appointment. Please contact us for more information.

Yes, our diamonds are graded by the leading diamond grading laboratories in the world such as GIA, HRD and IGI. Also, we offer instore stock with Australian certifications.

Yes, we offer your first ring resizing as a complimentary service.

Yes. Our diamonds all come from credible sources and are conflict free and meet the standards of the UN Resolution.
Big Diamond purchase and source diamonds from suppliers who are socially responsibile with it comes to adhereing to the UN Resolution that all diamonds sourced and provided are ethically sourced and are conflict. The Team at Big Diamond take this issue seriously and will not tolerate any other breaches of any international or local laws when it comes to conflict free diamonds. We source our diamonds through ethical and correct measures that provide us certainity that we only deal with a reputable supply chain.

Yes. We can surely assist with your enquiries. If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website, we can use our many international sources to locate exactly what you desire. Please contact our representatives for assistance.

Yes. We offer independent valuation appraisals. This is done by a third party and leading Sydney gemologist associations. Upon completion of your ring, our representative will offer this service as an option. Valuations are an additional $150.

Yes, we certainly do! You will need to contact us so we can organise a customised payment plan to suit your needs. This option is not available via online purchasing.

As our rings are custom made to order and per the specifications of each individual client, and diamonds are sourced directly from international suppliers according to our client's request, we cannot offer an exchange or refund. We do guarantee that all diamonds purchased are exactly as shown in magnified images and reports. If, for any reason, your diamond is not as described via these methods, we will offer you a full refund.

Please be advised that credit card and PayPal payments incur surcharges.

All shipments will be delivered via Australia Post using their Express registered mail service for domestic orders. For international orders, we use Fedex express priority. Once the shipment has been booked with the third-party contractor, we will send you a notification and tracking number to monitor the package delivery. Domestic shipments usually take 1-3 days. International shipments usually take between 5-14 days using the express priority services. Also, please take into consideration the duties and taxes that will need to be administered before the third-party contractor can release the package for international deliveries. They are governed by each country's laws.

Delivery time varies depending on each order. Diamond only orders take approximately 10 working days. All of our rings are handcrafted and require utmost attention to detail, therefore, please allow 14 days from the date of order for the completion of your masterpiece. Interstate Express delivery requires another 1-3 business days. International deliveries vary per country.
