Big Diamond offer a PRICE BEAT GUARANTEE on all available natural certified diamonds (GIA, HRD or IGI certified) provided a legitimate written or advertised quote has been sent through to us and it is pending the diamond's availability in the World Diamond Exchange.
The diamond price should be advertised and available to all customers and cannot have any special discount for selected people, members, buying groups or associations.
The diamond’s grading certification report must be within 12 months of the issue date.
There must not be any special offers or promotions on the diamond such as a clearance, sale, liquidation or any other discount offer. This includes auction prices or second-hand price offers from any dealers.
The price on the quote provided to us must be current and within 24 hours. If there are any pricing errors or typographical errors, this offer is not valid.
Our counteroffer is valid for 24 hours pending the diamond’s availability as all diamonds are subject to availability and can be sold at any time until payment and confirmation have been received. Deposit must be finalised within this time period. Deposits are non-refundable as diamonds are confirmed immediately and are in a live worldwide inventory.
Our Policy can only be applied once for each diamond.
In order to receive our Price Beat Guarantee, the purchase must include the full service (Ring Setting). This offer is not valid for a diamond only purchase.
Our Price Beat Guarantee Policy is only available before the diamond has been purchased.
We reserve the right to refuse to offer a Price Beat Guarantee if we believe the diamond quotation is not current, valid, legitimate, reasonable or below cost. It is entirely up to our discretion to exercise this Policy at any time or for any diamond.
We reserve the right to terminate or modify our terms and conditions for this Policy at any time.
