Free Resizing

Big Diamond will offer one-time free resizing within the first year of purchase. We trust that the client will provide us with an accurate measurement of their ring size before completing their purchase. However, after purchase, the team at Big Diamond will contact the client to confirm their ring size before commencing production of the desired ring. 

Please note that:

• During the resizing process, the ring will either be resized smaller or larger, and the weight of the ring may be altered. 
• Some rings may not be able to be resized due to the complex design and nature of the ring. 
• Some rings that have diamonds either halfway or three-quarters of the ring can only be resized between 1.5 - 2.5 sizes up or down the ring size chart. 
• Full U-Prong and Eternity rings that have diamonds all the way around the ring cannot be resized.

Big Diamond, in consultation with the client, will determine the appropriate course of action regarding the resizing of rings as each ring is different and is custom-made according to the desires of the client. We will notify the client about what the next steps are in the resizing process.
